Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema para soportar crecimiento e algas con dióxido de carbono adsorbido, caracterizado porque comprende: un medio de contacto de líquido-gas de alta área superficial; una fuente de gas dióxido de carbono; un medio para direccionar gas dióxido de carbono desde la fuente de gas dióxido de carbono en el medio de contacto de líquido-gas; una solución de carbonato líquido que pasa a través del medio de contacto para adsorber el gas dióxido de carbono para conversión de la solución de carbonato en una solución de bicarbonato; una canal para recibir la solución de bicarbonato desde el medio de contacto para soportar el crecimiento de algas den el canal, en donde las algas convierten la solución de bicarbonato en solución de carbonato; y medios de reciclaje para recuperar la solución de carbonato gastad del canal y regresar la solución de carbonato gastada al medio de contacto para absorber el dióxido de carbono de la fuente de dióxido de carbono.
