Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un núcleo de estator (1) para un motor de corriente continua electrónicamente conmutado que comprende un rotor interno, que tiene varios núcleos polares (2) dirigidos radiales al interior, los cuales en su periferia son integrales con segmentos de reflujo de hierro (3), y los segmentos de reflujo de hierro (3) son integrales con segmentos de reflujo de hierro adyacentes (3) por vía de almas (4), en donde los segmentos de reflujo de hierro (3) alternan con las almas (4), y juntos forman un anillo cerrado de una pieza sin costuras. El objeto de la invención es el de asegurar que en el caso de que un núcleo de estator de esta clase, tras la reducción del diámetro del estator y la reducción de las distancias polares después del arrollado se puede asumir una posición final claramente definida de las regiones adyacentes, y que para esta etapa de proceso se requieren solamente fuerzas mínimas con las que no se espera daño al núcleo del estator y que al final del proceso solamente queda un entrehierro muy pequeño y uniforme con una reflexión elástica lo más baja posible. Este problema se resuelve mediante las características de la reivindicación 1 y las etapas del método de la reivindicación 7.
