Abstract

Se describe una tecnología de transmisión y recepción simultáneas (STR). El eNB se configura con un umbral de medición céntrico de enlace descendente y un umbral de medición céntrico de enlace ascendente lo cual aumenta la capacidad general en la red celular inalámbrica. Se transmite una orden de medición de señal desde el eNB al UE que instruye al UE que tome una medición de calidad de señal. La medición de calidad de señal es recibida desde el UE en el eNB. Se determina si la medición de calidad de señal es mayor que el umbral de medición céntrico de enlace descendente y si la medición de calidad de señal es mayor que el umbral de medición céntrico de enlace ascendente. El umbral de medición céntrico de enlace descendente, el umbral de medición céntrico de enlace ascendente, y la relación de DL/UL se configuran para aumentar la capacidad en la red celular inalámbrica mediante el uso selectivo de STR.
