Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una pasta de avena entera para microondas que comprende avena entera, al menos un agente de fermentación, al menos un agente texturizante, y agua: en donde la avena entera comprende de 30% en peso a 50% en peso del peso total de la pasta, en donde la avena es una combinación de hojuelas de avena instantánea con un grosor de hojuela de 0.040 cm (0.016 pulgadas) hasta aproximadamente 0.051 cm ( 0.020 pulgadas), formadas en hojuelas a partir de una sémola cortada 1/3 -1/6 de su tamaño original, y una avena instantánea para bebés que tiene un espesor de hojuela de aproximadamente 0.033 cm (0.013 pulgadas) hasta 0.051 cm (0.020 pulgadas) y un tamaño de pieza de la hojuela de avena 1/9-1/36 del tamaño original del grano de avena nativo.
