Abstract
Un ensamble de conversión de compartimento por niveles adaptado para convertir un alojamiento de pedestal entre una instalación de pedestal nivelada y una por encima del suelo. La base del alojamiento de pedestal transporta un enchufe montado de manera removible a un brazo oscilante en el compartimento por niveles. El brazo oscilante retiene el ensamble de pedestal en una posición almacenada en la instalación por niveles, que contiene cableado para conexiones de servicio. Para convertir a la instalación por encima del suelo, se remueve una tapa de placa de cubierta por niveles sólida, y al ensamble de pedestal se gira sobre el brazo oscilante a una posición elevada desde la cual puede removerse del brazo oscilante (junto con el cableado) y alimentarse a través de una abertura de acceso en una tapa de placa de cubierta separada.
