Abstract
Un método para decodificar una imagen, de acuerdo con la presente invención, comprende los pasos de recibir información de imágenes que corresponde a un bloque que será decodificado, llevando a cabo decodificación por entropía con respecto a la información de imágenes que se recibe, decidiendo un modo de saltar la transformación del bloque que será decodificado de una pluralidad de candidatos de modo para saltar la transformación, con base en la información de imágenes que es decodificada por entropía; y la transformación inversa del bloque que será decodificado con base en el modo para saltar la transformación que se decide.
