Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un producto de bocadillo relleno incluye una primera hoja que tiene una primera superficie. La pluralidad de agujeros de acoplamiento y la pluralidad de líneas de relleno espaciadas permiten la fijación de la primera y la segunda hoja en los huecos dispuestos entre las líneas de relleno espaciadas y además la liberación de vapor y/o gas del producto de bocadillo relleno durante el calentamiento para minimizar el esponjamiento del producto de bocadillo relleno.
