Abstract

En un procedimiento para la separación térmica de una disolución de polímero termoplástico y disolvente, en el que la disolución se calienta a presión por encima del punto crítico del disolvente y a continuación se reduce la presión en un recipiente (5), de modo que se forma una fase rica en polímero y una fase pobre en polímero, alimentándose la fase rica en polímero a un segundo recipiente (8), a) un salto de presión a la entrada en el segundo recipiente (8) llevará a un flash térmico en el segundo recipiente (8), aumentando el porcentaje de polímero de la fase pesada hasta al menos el 70 %, en particular más del 80 %, y b) se alimenta la disolución rica en polímero resultante, en particular se distribuye a lo largo de al menos una parte de la longitud de un eje agitador que se encuentra en el mismo espacio del recipiente y que mediante energía de amasado mecánica calienta la masa de polímero y provoca de este modo que el porcentaje de polímero aumente por encima de >70 % en particular >90 %.
