Abstract

Un método para realizar el mezclado lineal en funciones de transferencia relacionadas con la cabeza (HRTF) acopladas, para determinar una HRTF interpolada para cualquier dirección de llegada especificada en un intervalo (por ejemplo, un intervalo que abarca al menos 60 grados en un plano, o un intervalo completo de 360 grados en un plano), en donde las HRTF acopladas se han predeterminado para tener propiedades, de manera que el mezclado lineal puede realizarse en las mismas (para generar HRTF interpoladas), sin introducir distorsión significativa de la filtración de peine. En algunas modalidades, el método incluye los pasos de: en respuesta a una señal indicativa de una dirección de llegada especificada, realizar el mezclado lineal en los datos indicativos de las HRTF acopladas de un conjunto de HRTF acopladas, para determinar una HRTF para la dirección de llegada especificada; y realizar el filtrado de la HRTF en una señal de audio de entrada utilizando la HRTF para la dirección de llegada especificada.
