Abstract
En el presente documento se describen métodos para formar calentadores resistivos y elementos de detección de fuerza en un sustrato flexible, y dispositivos que incluyen estos elementos para proporcionar un calentador conductor sensible a la fuerza, tal como un calentador de asiento en un vehículo. Los métodos incluyen imprimir una tinta conductora sobre un sustrato flexible que se calienta de 30 °C a 90 °C antes y/o durante el proceso de impresión y curar el sustrato para producir un patrón conductor sobre el mismo. Las tintas conductoras generalmente incluyen una composición de complejo metálico libre de partículas formulada a partir de al menos un complejo metálico y un disolvente y, opcionalmente, un material de relleno conductor.
