Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a vectores de transferencia de genes retrovirales, particularmente vectores lentivirales, pseudotipados con hemaglutinina-neuraminidasa (HN) y proteínas de fusión (F) de un paramixovirus respiratorio, que comprenden un promotor y un transgén; y métodos para producirlos.
