Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una disposición de calentamiento inductivo para calentar un sustrato formador de aerosol. La disposición de calentamiento comprende un suministro de energía de CD y un circuito electrónico de suministro de energía que comprende un inversor de CD/CA conectado a la fuente de energía de CD. El inversor de CD/CA comprende un amplificador de energía de conmutación resonante con al menos un conmutador del transistor, al menos un circuito del controlador del conmutador del transistor asociado con el conmutador del transistor y una red de carga LC. La red de carga de LC comprende al menos un condensador y al menos un inductor, en donde el inductor se configura para generar un campo magnético alterno durante el funcionamiento de la disposición de calentamiento para calentar inductivamente el sustrato formador de aerosol. El circuito del controlador del conmutador del transistor comprende un oscilador ajustable configurado para emitir una señal de conmutación al conmutador del transistor que tiene una frecuencia de conmutación ajustable. La disposición de calentamiento comprende además un sensor de corriente para determinar la corriente de suministro de CD extraída de la fuente de energía de CD durante el funcionamiento de la disposición de calentamiento, y un controlador configurado para recibir una señal de corriente del sensor de corriente indicativa de la corriente de suministro de CD y para sintonizar la frecuencia de conmutación de la señal de conmutación en respuesta a la señal de corriente recibida para sintonizar la corriente de suministro de CD extraída de la fuente de energía de CD para estar en un intervalo predeterminado. La invención se refiere además a un dispositivo generador de aerosol y a un sistema generador de aerosol que comprende tal disposición de calentamiento inductivo. Además, la invención se refiere a un método y un aparato para calibrar tal disposición de calentamiento.
