Abstract
La invención se refiere a dispositivos de desfibrilador externo automático (AED) que pueden incluir un condensador de alto voltaje (HV Cap) configurado para almacenar la energía necesaria para administrar una descarga de desfibrilación a un paciente; baterías configuradas para cargar el HV Cap; un circuito convertidor CC/CC que incluye un transformador de alto voltaje, un interruptor FET con un controlador asociado y un diodo rectificador; un circuito de puente H configurado para transformar la energía liberada del HV Cap en un pulso bifásico; y una memoria y un microprocesador configurados para operar el dispositivo AED.
