Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir muestras de tejido transparentes de un tejido biológico o humano para un examen de microscopía óptica, que tiene los pasos a) deshidratar la muestra de tejido usando un solvente de deshidratación y b) aclarar la muestra de tejido deshidratada transfiriéndola a un medio de inclusión que contiene un éter de anisol de benzaldehído. En comparación con las mezclas de benzoato de bencilo/alcohol bencílico y las mezclas de salicilato de metilo-benzoato de bencilo usadas convencionalmente hasta ahora como medios de inclusión, el éter de anisol de benzaldehído tiene la ventaja de poder usarse como una sustancia pura, exactamente de la misma manera que un éter dibencílico: debido a que la sustancia pura ya tiene el índice de refracción deseado, no es necesario establecer el índice de refracción mezclando el medio de inclusión. Además, el éter de anisol de benzaldehído de acuerdo con la invención penetra en el tejido deshidratado más rápido que los medios de inclusión conocidos anteriormente y también hace que el tejido sea transparente más rápido.
