Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método de coincidencia de color implementado por computadora que utiliza un algoritmo de ajuste de pintura que se ejecuta en un procesador (110) y una base de datos (220) que comprende datos ópticos específicos de componentes de color individuales, estando determinados los datos ópticos específicos de los componentes de color individuales en la base de recubrimientos de pintura de referencia conocidos con formulaciones de color de referencia conocidas y colores de referencia medidos conocidos, los recubrimientos de pintura de referencia se aplican sobre un sustrato mediante el uso de un proceso de aplicación de pintura de referencia, respectivamente, en donde el algoritmo de ajuste de pintura se extiende mediante un módulo de adaptación de aplicación que interactúa con un modelo de predicción de color del algoritmo de ajuste de pintura, y que está configurado para recibir parámetros de adaptación de aplicación para un proceso de aplicación de pintura específico como parámetros de entrada, y para transformar, mediante el uso de los parámetros de adaptación de aplicación recibidos, un color predicho por el modelo de predicción de color para su uso con el proceso de aplicación de pintura de referencia, en un color transformado válido para su uso con el proceso de aplicación de pintura específico. (Figura 2) La presente invención también proporciona un sistema respectivo.
