Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para producir una capa de material (16) con al menos un vacío (32) a partir de un cuerpo verde (52). Para lograr una mejor posición de costes en comparación con la técnica anterior, se propone que el método de producción comprenda los siguientes pasos: aplicar (34) una primera suspensión (36), que contiene al menos un aglutinante, a través de una primera abertura (38) en una primera plantilla (40); aplicar (44) una segunda suspensión (46), que contiene un aglutinante y partículas sólidas hechas de un segundo material, a través de una segunda abertura (48) en una segunda plantilla (50), estando la primera abertura (38) en la primera plantilla (40) completamente contenida en la segunda abertura (48) en la segunda plantilla (50) de manera que la segunda suspensión (46) rodea completamente la primera suspensión (36); sinterizar (54) el cuerpo verde (52) que contiene las suspensiones (36, 46), en donde, mediante el proceso de sinterización, la primera suspensión (36) se evapora para proporcionar el vacío (32) y se consigue la cohesión permanente de las partículas sólidas de la segunda suspensión (46).
