Abstract
Se proporciona una lámina de acero laminada en frío de alta resistencia que tiene una resistencia a la tracción (TS) de 980 MPa o más y una excelente ductilidad, expansibilidad y plegabilidad, así como un método para producir la misma. Una lámina de acero laminada en frío de alta resistencia comprende: una composición química que contiene C, Si, Mn, P, S, N, Al, Ti, Nb, y B con un resto conformado por Fe e impurezas inevitables, y cumple con [mol%N]/[mol%Ti] < 1; y una microestructura de acero en la que: una fracción de área de ferrita es 30% o más y 60% o menos; una fracción de área total de martensita revenida y bainita es del 35% o más y del 65% o menos; una fracción de área de martensita templada es 15% o menos; una fracción de área de austenita retenida es del 1% o más y del 10% o menos; una fracción de área de ferrita de bajo Mn que tiene una concentración de Mn de 0.8 x [%Mn] o menos es del 5% o más y del 40% o menos; un resultado obtenido al restar la fracción de área de la ferrita de bajo Mn menos la fracción de área de la ferrita es del 10% o más; una fracción de área de una microestructura residual es menos del 3%; y un tamaño promedio de grano de la ferrita de bajo Mn es de 10 µm o menos.
