Abstract
Se describe un sistema de predicción de aprendizaje de máquina de enfermedad renal crónica ("ERC") el sistema ejemplar está configurado para proporcionar una proyección en cuanto a si un paciente puede progresar una siguiente etapa de ERC y/o si el paciente puede necesitar iniciar urgentemente la diálisis. Los algoritmos de aprendizaje de máquina descritos en la presente incluyen algoritmos predictivos multifactoriales, dinámicos que se programan para considerar los factores clínicos, farmacológicos y extra-clínicos que impactan adversamente la función renal. Las predicciones proporcionadas por el sistema de aprendizaje de máquina llevan información a los médicos para mejorar el tratamiento de ERC antes de que la enfermedad empeore. En algunos casos, las predicciones se pueden usar para seleccionar un plan de tratamiento, un tratamiento de diálisis y/o una terapia de reemplazo renal ("RRT").
