Abstract
La distribución de producto de un proceso de deshidrogenación oxidativa se puede alterar mediante la coalimentación de diferentes proporciones del etanol al vapor, en el intervalo desde 0.01 a 0.50 de etanol:vapor hacia un reactor de deshidrogenación oxidativa. Se encontró que el incremento de la relación etanol a vapor: incrementa la producción de etileno; disminuye la producción de ácido acético; incrementa, o disminuye, o no causar ningún efecto sobre la producción de CO o CO2; y tiene un efecto insignificante en la conversión de etano. El etanol de alimentación se convierte en productos carbonosos sin afectar negativamente la actividad del catalizador.
