Provided is a curing film for a masker tape which has easy tearability of a wide curing film as a novel function, can also be used for a baking finish application, and is inexpensive.ã¿¿The curing film for a masker tape comprises an NA layer/B layer/C layer sequentially laminated, wherein the A layer and C layer are formed of a polyamide-based resin, the B layer is formed of a recycled product of a multilayer film which may contain 5-50 wt% of an adhesive resin, and the recycled product of the multilayer film is formed of a polyolefin resin and a material which differs from and is other than the polyolefin resin, and which is selected from the group consisting of NY, PET, PBT and EVOH, and has a proportion of 10-50 wt%.Provided is a curing film for a masker tape which has easy tearability of a wide curing film as a novel function, can also be used for a baking finish application, and is inexpensive.ã¿¿The curing film for a masker tape comprises an NA layer/B layer/C layer sequentially laminated, wherein the A layer and C layer are formed of a polyamide-based resin, the B layer is formed of a recycled product of a multilayer film which may contain 5-50 wt% of an adhesive resin, and the recycled product of the multilayer film is formed of a polyolefin resin and a material which differs from and is other than the polyolefin resin, and which is selected from the group consisting of NY, PET, PBT and EVOH, and has a proportion of 10-50 wt%. This control device is applied to a system comprising a plurality of rotating electrical machines (11a, 11b) and power converters (15a, 15b) having switches (SWH, SWL) for upper and lower arms. The control device comprises control circuits (50a, 50b) individually provided for the power converters. The control circuits include: signal generation units (51a, 51b) that, for a communication target that is a control circuit other than the associated control circuit, generate control signals for short-circuit control that turns on the switch on one of the upper and lower arms and turns off the switch on the other arm; signal-sending units (53a, 53b) that send control signals; signal-receiving units (54a, 54b) that receive control signals; and during-abnormality control units (70a, 70b) that each execute short-circuit control when a control signal indicating that short-circuit control is to be executed is received via the receiving unit, and each cancel the execution of short-circuit control when a control signal indicating that short-circuit control is not to be executed is received via the receiving unit.
