Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para producir material granulado expandido (2) a partir de material mineral (1) en forma de granos de arena con un agente expansivo, que comprende un horno (3) con un horno de cuba (4), que tiene un extremo superior (5) y un extremo inferior (6), en donde una sección de transporte (7) se extiende entre los dos extremos y pasa a través de una serie de zonas de calentamiento (8) dispuestas de manera separada entre sí en una dirección de transporte (10), en donde en también se proporciona al menos un medio de alimentación para cargar al menos el material no expandido en el horno de cuba en uno de los dos extremos en la dirección del otro de los dos extremos.
