Abstract
Los sistemas y métodos que se presentan en este documento se relacionan con el procesamiento de la salmuera producida en campos de petróleo al descomponerla en dos componentes útiles: (1) agua desalinizada y (2) una suspensión de sal en estado sólido (p. ej., sal cristalizada) suspendida en una salmuera saturada de sal, que puede formularse e inyectarse en formaciones productoras de hidrocarburos por encima de la presión de fracturamiento hidráulico para crear intencionalmente regiones de alta esfuerzo localizada dentro de las respectivas formaciones. Además, los sistemas y métodos presentados en la presente se relacionan con el procesamiento de salmuera de campos de petróleo recibida de pozos productores de hidrocarburos al: (1) acoplar tecnologías de desalinización de alta presión con operaciones de descarga de agua salada (SWD), (2) gestión activa de la composición del agua SWD en la cara de la roca a través de flujo doble (por ejemplo, corriente de división) y/o (3) inyección SWD acoplada, aseguramiento de flujo y estimulación para minimizar el daño a la formación SWD y las presiones de inyección.
