Abstract
本发明涉及一种油田注水井调驱调剖技术领域,特别涉及一种抗剪切延迟交联有机调剖剂。该调剖剂的各组成成分及其体积摩尔浓度为:800万分子量阴离子聚丙烯酰胺0.4-0.6%,重铬酸钠0.1-0.2%,硫脲0.4-0.6%,亚硫酸钠0.05%。本发明实现了经过地层剪切后成胶强度满足低渗裂缝地层调剖要求,通过调整稳定剂的浓度可以控制成胶时间,满足不同井距油藏要求,提高采收率。克服了现有调驱药剂经过水井近井地带剪切后强度大幅度下降,达不到封堵裂缝的要求,无法满足低渗裂缝地层调剖要求的不足。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种油田注水井调驱调剖技术领域,特别涉及一种抗剪切延迟交联有机调剖剂。
背景技术:
油田注水开发至中高含水期,采取调驱调剖技术是提高采收率的重要手段,而对于低渗油藏,为提高采收率一般采取压裂方式增产,当注水开发后注入水沿着裂缝突进,造成油井快速水淹,由于水井未进行压裂投产,普通调驱药剂经过水井近井地带剪切后强度大幅度下降,达不到封堵裂缝的要求,无法满足低渗裂缝地层调剖要求。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗剪切延迟交联有机调剖剂,该调剖剂实现了经过地层剪切后成胶强度满足低渗裂缝地层调剖要求,通过调整稳定剂的浓度可以控制成胶时间,满足不同井距油藏要求,提高采收率。克服了现有调驱药剂经过水井近井地带剪切后强度大幅度下降,达不到封堵裂缝的要求,无法满足低渗裂缝地层调剖要求的不足。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种抗剪切延迟交联有机调剖剂,该调剖剂的各组成成分及其体积摩尔浓度为:800万分子量阴离子聚丙烯酰胺0.4-0.6%,重铬酸钠0.1-0.2%,硫脲0.4-0.6%,亚硫酸钠0.05%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明经过地层剪切后成胶强度满足低渗裂缝地层调剖要求,通过调整稳定剂的浓度可以控制成胶时间,满足不同井距油藏要求,提高采收率。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
一种抗剪切延迟交联有机调剖剂,该调剖剂的各组成成分及其体积摩尔浓度为:800万分子量阴离子聚丙烯酰胺0.4%、重铬酸钠0.1%、硫脲0.4%、亚硫酸钠0.05%,在PH值为6-9之间,温度60℃条件下,反应生成抗剪切延迟交联有机调剖剂,成胶后强度26000mPa·s,实施后吸收剖面发生明显变化。
实施例2
一种抗剪切延迟交联有机调剖剂,该调剖剂的各组成成分及其体积摩尔浓度为:800万分子量阴离子聚丙烯酰胺0.6%、重铬酸钠0.2%、硫脲0.6%、亚硫酸钠0.05%,在PH值为6-9之间,温度60℃条件下,反应生成抗剪切延迟交联有机调剖剂,成胶后强度58000mPa·s,实施后吸收剖面发生明显变化。
实施例3
一种抗剪切延迟交联有机调剖剂,该调剖剂的各组成成分及其体积摩尔浓度为:800万分子量阴离子聚丙烯酰胺0.45%、重铬酸钠0.15%、硫脲0.5%、亚硫酸钠0.05%,在PH值为6-9之间,温度60℃条件下,反应生成抗剪切延迟交联有机调剖剂,成胶后强度37800mPa·s,实施后吸收剖面发生明显变化。
