Abstract
Se describe un método y sistema para descontaminar un fluido y vapor recuperado, en particular agua de procesamiento y reciclaje usada en un proceso de vapor de zona de petróleo, usando una unidad de vaporizador-desalinización para separar un flujo de agua contaminada en un flujo de desecho contaminado y un flujo de vapor de agua limpia. El flujo de agua contaminada se recupera después de la separación de un flujo combinado de petróleo y agua de un pozo de petróleo. El flujo de vapor de agua limpia se hace pasar preferentemente a través de un generador de vapor para producir el vapor usado en el proceso de vapor de la zona de petróleo. El vapor se inyecta a la zona de petróleo de un pozo designado y luego se extrae como el flujo combinado de agua y petróleo. Una vez cebado con suficiente agua externa, el método y sistema son diseñados para funcionar de manera continua con reabastecimiento mínimo debido al ciclo de agua/vapor/vapor de agua.
