Abstract

The present invention discloses a Structural Aluminum Modular System for a solar panel base, which comprises a plurality of elements that form support modules for different types of solar panel installations, such as single-row and multi-row, using uniquely designed joints that optimize the load capacity with a smaller number of materials. The coplanar structure in rail-anchor and anchor configuration uses only the anchors for fastening to the surface and the fasteners of the panels, giving an advantage as it is a simple installation with savings in materials. Also, the solar park facilities incorporate internal joint connection supports, which provide additional support to the poles for efficient distribution using fewer poles but with a higher load capacity than conventional bases, making it economical and functional. The facilities in Carpot are also very exclusive in their design and construction, entirely in structural aluminum but with an extraordinary load capacity of up to 12 meters of span between columns by linear load beams and transversal load beams, with higher posts and internal reinforcements, thus increasing load capacity by efficiently distributing the weight of the panels placed in the top of the base modules with fewer materials, covering a larger parking area where the installation.
