Abstract

En la presente se divulgan métodos para elaborar una nanoestructura, que comprende agregar una proteína de componente A (compA) a una solución que comprende una proteína de componente B (compB) en condiciones que minimizan la tensión de cizallamiento, que forma así un complejo compA:compB. Adicionalmente, se divulgan métodos para elaborar una nanoestructura, que comprende (i) proporcionar una primera corriente de fluido de entrada que comprende una primera proteína y una segunda corriente de fluido de entrada que comprende una segunda proteína, y (ii) poner en contacto la primera corriente de fluido de entrada y la segunda corriente de fluido de entrada para formar una corriente de salida, en donde la mezcla de la primera proteína y la segunda proteína se produce en la corriente de salida, que forma así un complejo de proteínas comprende la primera proteína y la segunda proteína. Se puede utilizar un mezclador microfluídico. Los métodos pueden comprender además purificar el complejo compA:compB del exceso de compA, exceso de compB y/u otras impurezas al filtrar la solución con una membrana de 1,000 kDa o un equivalente de esta.
