Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sensor de analitos (130) para determinar una concentración de analitos en un fluido corporal (132) y un método para producir el sensor de analitos (130). El sensor de analitos (130) comprende: - un sustrato (134) que tiene una primera superficie (136), estando configurada la primera superficie (136) para orientarse hacia el fluido corporal (132) que comprende el analito; - un electrodo de trabajo (140); - un electrodo interferente (142); y - al menos un electrodo adicional (144) seleccionado del grupo que consiste de un contraelectrodo (146), un electrodo de referencia y un contraelectrodo/electrodo de referencia; en donde cada uno del electrodo de trabajo (140) y el electrodo interferente (142) comprende una capa (210) de un material conductor (212), en donde el electrodo de trabajo (140) comprende además al menos una enzima, mientras que el electrodo interferente (142) no tiene enzima, y en donde el electrodo interferente (142) y el electrodo de trabajo (140) son capas separadas eléctricamente ubicadas de manera adyacente sobre la primera superficie (136) del sustrato (134).
