Abstract
Un método de codificación de datos tridimensionales incluye: la obtención de una unidad de datos que incluye puntos tridimensionales (S11921); la codificación de los puntos tridimensionales incluidos en la unidad de datos (S11922); y la generación de un flujo de bits que incluye los datos codificados obtenidos mediante la codificación de la unidad de datos (S11925). En la codificación (S11922): se realiza una primera determinación para determinar si se usa continuamente un contexto para codificar la unidad de datos (S11923), siendo el contexto usado en la codificación de una unidad de datos anterior a la unidad de datos; y la unidad de datos se codifica usando un contexto de conformidad con un resultado de la primera determinación (S11924). En la primera determinación (S11923), cuando la unidad de datos es una unidad de datos principal en una unidad de acceso aleatorio, se determina no usar continuamente el contexto usado en la codificación de la unidad de datos anterior.
