Abstract

La presente invención está en el campo de la tecnología de los lácteos. Se refiere a métodos para generar productos de leche fermentada, caracterizados porque se usa la bacteria Lactobacillus rhamnosus DSM 33515 o mutantes que se pueden obtener a partir de la misma.
