Abstract
Se describen sistemas y métodos que permiten a los terminales de usuario eliminar o reducir el número de ráfagas ficticias (o ráfagas sin datos) que envían. Los sistemas y métodos usan dos detectores de ráfagas, un primer detector de ráfaga que analiza la estructura física de la señal y un segundo detector de ráfaga que analiza la estructura informativa de la señal. La salida del primer detector de ráfaga puede usarse para controlar el funcionamiento de un decodificador de señal que decodifica señales recibidas. El segundo detector de ráfaga analiza salida del decodificador de señal para determinar el segundo indicador de ráfaga. En otras palabras, el primer detector de ráfaga puede implementarse antes de decodificar la señal recibida para proporcionar una primera estimación relacionada con la presencia o ausencia de una ráfaga. Después, esto puede usarse para limitar la cantidad de procesamiento realizado por el decodificador de señal.
