Abstract

Provided is a styrene-based resin composition for light guide plates that simultaneously satisfies hue, hue stability, extrusion stability, dimension stability, wet heat clouding resistance, and strength. The present invention provides an optical styrene-based resin composition comprising: a styrene-based resin (A) which is a copolymer containing 51-99 mass% of styrene-based monomer units and 1-49 mass% of (meth)acrylate-based monomer units; and an antioxidant (B). The antioxidant (B) contains at least one type of antioxidant from among a phosphorus-based antioxidant (B-1), a phenol-based antioxidant (B-2), and a phosphorus-phenol-based antioxidant (B-3), and the optical styrene-based resin composition contains, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the styrene-based resin (A), 0.1-0.5 parts by mass in total of the phosphorus-based antioxidant (B-1) and the phosphorus-phenol-based antioxidant (B-3) and 0.01-0.5 parts by mass in total of the phenol-based antioxidant (B-2) and the phosphorus-phenol-based antioxidant (B-3).
