Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un tornillo (1), preferiblemente un tornillo para hueso, que comprende un vástago (2) con una punta (3), una cabeza (4) y una rosca (5). Un arreglo de superficies en sección transversal radiales (Q) de la cabeza (4) se extiende a través del eje longitudinal (A) del tornillo (1), la ubicación de cada superficie en sección transversal radial (Q) siendo definida por un ángulo azimutal (6) en un plano (E) perpendicular al eje longitudinal (A). Cada área en sección transversal radial (Q) tiene un área definida por el eje longitudinal (A) y la superficie exterior del tornillo (8). La rosca (5) se extiende dentro de la cabeza (4) en una forma en que las áreas de superficie de las superficies en sección transversal radiales (Q') en un primer rango de ángulo azimutal (9) son constantes y las áreas de superficie de las superficies en sección transversal radiales (Q'') en un segundo rango de ángulo azimutal (10), el cual es diferente del primero, tienen un valor diferente, preferiblemente más pequeño que las áreas de superficie en el primer rango de ángulo azimutal (9).
