Abstract
Un objetivo de la presente invención es proporcionar un tubo de acero inoxidable que tiene excelente resistencia a la corrosión y que, con una alta fluencia a la tensión axial y una pequeña diferencia entre su fluencia a la tensión axial y fluencia a la compresión axial, puede proporcionar una porción roscada que tiene excelentes características de fatiga. La invención también está destinada a proporcionar un método para fabricar ese tubo de acero inoxidable. Se proporciona un tubo de acero inoxidable de una composición predeterminada que comprende N, Ti, Al, V y Nb para satisfacer la fórmula predeterminada, el tubo de acero inoxidable una fluencia a la tensión axial de 757 MPa o más, una relación de la fluencia a la compresión axial/fluencia a la tensión axial de 0.85 a 1.15 y una microestructura que es de 20 a 80% de fase de ferrita en volumen con el resto conteniendo una fase de austenita, el tubo de acero inoxidable tiene porciones en el extremo del tubo al menos una de las cuales tiene una porción de sujeción para una rosca externa o una rosca interna y que tiene un radio de curvatura de 0.2 mm o más para una esquina R formada por una superficie inferior de la raíz de una rosca y una superficie del flanco del lado de presión de la rosca, medida en una sección en plano axial de la porción de sujeción.
