Abstract

Un sistema incluye: una herramienta de cementación que se puede ubicar dentro de una sarta de revestimiento de un pozo; un sistema de detección de temperatura distribuida (DTS) que comprende: un cable de fibra óptica acoplado a la herramienta de cementación; y un interrogador DTS que se puede ubicar en una superficie del pozo para transmitir una señal óptica a través del cable de fibra óptica y determinar a partir de una señal óptica reflejada una pluralidad de temperaturas a lo largo del cable de fibra óptica; un carrete de fibra para dispensar el cable de fibra óptica desde un primer extremo del cable de fibra óptica en respuesta a una tensión en el cable de fibra óptica a medida que la herramienta de cementación se desplaza a través de la sarta de revestimiento detrás de una composición de cemento; y un procesador en comunicación con el sistema DTS y configurado para monitorear la pluralidad de temperaturas a lo largo del cable de fibra óptica mientras se cura la composición de cemento.
