Abstract
Un contenido volumétrico se codifica como un conjunto de agrupaciones por un codificador y se transmite a un decodificador que recupera el contenido volumétrico. Se obtienen y mutualizan agrupaciones comunes a diferentes puntos de vista. Las agrupaciones se proyectan sobre imágenes 2D y se codifican como flujos de video independientes. Se logra la reducción de artefactos visuales y la reducción de datos para almacenamiento y transmisión.
