Abstract
Se describe un método para producir una pieza en bruto de acero previamente recubierta (1) que comprende los pasos de: - proporcionar una tira de acero previamente recubierta (2) que comprende un sustrato de acero (3) que tiene, en al menos una de sus caras principales, un recubrimiento previo (5), el recubrimiento previo (5) comprende una capa de aleación intermetálica (9) y una capa metálica (11) que se extiende encima de la capa de aleación intermetálica (9), la capa metálica (11) es una capa de aluminio, una capa de aleación de aluminio o una capa de aleación basada en aluminio, - cortar por láser la tira de acero previamente recubierta (2) a fin de obtener al menos una pieza en bruto de acero previamente recubierta (1), la pieza en bruto de acero previamente recubierta (1) que comprende una superficie de borde de corte por láser (13) que resulta de la operación de corte por láser, la superficie de borde de corte por láser (13) que comprende una porción de sustrato (14) y una porción de recubrimiento previo (15), en donde el corte por láser se lleva a cabo de tal manera que la porción de sustrato (14) del borde cortado por láser (13) que resulta directamente de la operación de corte tiene un contenido de oxígeno mayor que o igual a 15% en peso.
