Abstract
Un método de enfriamiento de gestión térmica de cambio de fase de fluido y aparato para eliminar el calor de una fuente de calor, el método comprende los pasos de: llenar una cámara de enfriamiento con un volumen V1 de un aparato de enfriamiento de gestión térmica de cambio de fase de fluido con un fluido en su fase líquida; incrementar el volumen de la cámara de enfriamiento al volumen V2 para vaporizar una porción de fluido de su fase líquida a su fase de vapor tal que existe solo sustancialmente el fluido en su fase líquida y el fluido en su fase de vapor dentro del volumen V2; permitir un tiempo de inactivación que proporciona al menos algo del fluido en su fase líquida que tiene contacto con una superficie calentada de la cámara de enfriamiento para ser vaporizada; y repetir los pasos donde el tiempo de los pasos y el tiempo de inactivación entre pasos se selecciona para controlar la acumulación de calor dentro de los límites seleccionados.
