Abstract
Un obturador (1) de radiador para un vehículo motorizado para la ventilación controlada del motor, que tiene un bastidor (2) en el que al menos dos rejillas (8-11) se montan de forma giratoria de tal manera que pueden pasar de una posición completamente cerrada (aproximadamente 0°) a una posición abierta (aproximadamente 90°), en donde las rejillas (8-11) se montan en cojinetes en dos lados opuestos del bastidor, en donde un motor (12) que acciona una sola rejilla (9) se proporciona en o sobre el bastidor en un lado (6) del motor del bastidor, y en donde, en el mismo lado (6) del motor del bastidor, hay un elemento (7) de acoplamiento que transmite sincrónicamente la rotación de la rejilla (9) accionada a las otras rejillas (8, 10-11), caracterizado porque se proporciona un disco (18-21) de bloqueo para cada rejilla en el lado (5) de montaje del bastidor que se orienta hacia lejos del lado (6) de motor del bastidor (2), en la región del montaje proporcionado para las rejillas (8-11), y en donde los discos (18-21) de bloqueo tienen una forma que, si al menos uno de los discos de bloqueo no gira de forma sincronizada con todos los otros discos (18-21) de bloqueo, bloquea el movimiento de rotación de los discos de bloqueo de manera ajustada a la fuerza y de forma ajustada.
