Abstract
Se proporciona un método para determinar de manera no invasiva los sedimentos de un canal de fluido. El método incluye crear un pulso de presión en un canal de fluido. El método también incluye detectar, mediante uno o más sensores, reflexiones del pulso de presión; y obtener, del uno o más sensores, un perfil de presión medido en función de las reflexiones detectadas del pulso de presión. Luego, un procesador puede determinar una o más propiedades del sedimento en el canal de fluido en función del perfil de presión medido.
