Abstract
Un elemento de aspa de rotor de turbina eólica que comprende una sección de conexión con una cara frontal, una superficie interior y una superficie exterior, en la que una distancia entre la superficie interior y la superficie exterior forma un espesor de pared, una pluralidad de ensambles de conexión, que tiene cada ensamble de conexión, (i) un inserto metálico con un eje longitudinal, una superficie exterior circunferencial y una porción de unión para conectar el elemento de aspa de rotor de turbina eólica a un buje de rotor de turbina eólica o a otro elemento de aspa de rotor de turbina eólica, y (ii) un material de transición generalmente alineado con el inserto metálico y que tiene una sección longitudinal cónica, que tiene la sección longitudinal cónica una superficie exterior axial colocada en paralelo al eje longitudinal del inserto metálico y una superficie exterior inclinada colocada en un ángulo con referencia al eje longitudinal, en la que los ensambles de conexión están empotrados en la sección de conexión de manera que las porciones de unión de los insertos metálicos son accesibles desde la cara frontal de la sección de conexión, en la que los ensambles de conexión están dispuestos en una fila interior más cercana a la superficie interior de la sección de conexión y en una fila exterior más cercana a la superficie exterior de la sección de conexión.
