Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición biotecnológica, más específicamente, un conjunto entre una composición y su aplicación específica en planta evaporadora de agua cola en el proceso de elaboración de harina y aceite de pescado, para evitar el aumento de compuestos volátiles de nitrógeno y reducir la viscosidad en el concentrado de agua de cola.
