Abstract

Un aparato (1) para la fundición a presión en estado semisólido de objetos hechos de latón, bronce, aleaciones de aluminio, magnesio y aleaciones ligeras y similares, que comprende una parte superior del molde (3) adaptada para acoplarse con una parte inferior del molde (2), formando el acoplamiento entre la parte superior del molde (3) y la parte inferior del molde (2) una cavidad de fundición (4), estando dispuesto un horno (7) debajo de la parte inferior del molde (2) y provisto de un conducto (9) para la alimentación del metal líquido (8) que se conecta a la cavidad de fundición (4), estando provista en la parte superior del molde (3) una cavidad en la cual puede moverse libremente un pistón de forja (5), alojando el pistón internamente un émbolo de control de flujo (6), cuya particularidad consiste en que comprende, entre la parte superior del molde (3) y la parte inferior del molde (2), circunferencialmente alrededor de la pieza a fundir, un canal de vacío (10) conectado a la cavidad de fundición (4) por medio de al menos un canal de ventilación (12).
