Abstract

Un sistema para tratar aguas residuales que comprende un conjunto de coagulación floculación que tiene una entrada de aguas residuales brutas y una salida de aguas residuales coaguladas-floculadas; y un separador de lodos que comprende un área de admisión configurada para recibir los lodos de aguas residuales desde la salida de aguas residuales coaguladas-floculadas, una salida de líquido, una salida de sedimentos y un módulo de filtración configurado para facilitar la percolación de líquido a través de este y la formación de una torta de filtración sobre este. El separador de lodos está configurado para recibir los lodos en el área de admisión, separar los lodos en líquido y sedimentos mediante el módulo de filtración, eliminar el líquido a través de la salida de líquido y transportar los sedimentos desde el área de admisión hasta la salida de sedimentos.
