Abstract
En el presente documento se proporcionan nuevas endonucleasas guiadas por RNA CRISPR-Cas de Clase 2 Tipo II y Tipo V y sistemas que las comprenden, por ejemplo, endonucleasas Cas9 y Cas12, y sistemas que las comprenden.
