Abstract

Se contemplan técnicas para la correlación de diferenciales de presión hidráulica cambiantes con movimientos de la válvula de control de intervalo (ICV). En algunos aspectos, la tecnología divulgada incluye métodos para aplicar, mediante un controlador de superficie, una serie de valores de presión diferencial a una línea hidráulica abierta, recibir, desde un sensor de posición, una posición de la válvula correspondiente para cada uno de los valores de presión diferencial, y calcular un tiempo de retraso, una velocidad de movimiento y una demora en la respuesta para cada uno de la primera serie de valores de presión diferencial. En algunos aspectos, el método además puede incluir etapas para generar un modelo de posicionamiento de ICV en función al menos en parte del tiempo de retraso, la velocidad de movimiento y la demora en la respuesta calculados para cada uno de la primera serie de valores de presión diferencial. También se proporcionan sistemas y medios legibles por computadora.
