Abstract

La presente invención refiere a una estación de calentamiento (1) para calentar una chapa metálica sin maquinar (50) y un sistema que comprende dicha estación de calentamiento (1). En particular, la estación de calentamiento comprende elementos de calentamiento inferiores o superiores (11) dispuestos en una cámara de calentamiento (10) debajo de una chapa metálica sin maquinar (50) cuando se encuentran en una posición de calentamiento, y configurados para proporcionar calentamiento por radiación a la chapa metálica sin maquinar (50), y una máscara inferior (14) dispuesta para evitar que el calentamiento por radiación alcance al menos una primera porción de la chapa metálica sin maquinar (50), en donde la máscara inferior (14) comprende una pluralidad de proyecciones de soporte (14d) que se proyectan desde una superficie principal (14a) de la máscara inferior (14) hacia la chapa metálica sin maquinar (50) cuando se encuentra en una posición de calentamiento, en donde las proyecciones de soporte (14d) están configuradas para soportar una chapa metálica sin maquinar (50) durante el calentamiento de la misma.
