Abstract

Procedimiento de certificación que tiene lugar tras la entrega del producto en el momento de la apertura del embalaje que comprende las etapas de: Disposición de un código de identificación único de cada embalaje (1), envío y recepción del pedido, activación de una aplicación alojada en un Smartphone (3), lectura (4) por parte del Smartphone o Tablet del código de identificación único, comienzo de la grabación (7) de un video, finalización del proceso de grabación, de manera que cuando finaliza el proceso de grabación, éste es subido a unos servidores (6), y en caso de que el producto esté defectuoso o incompleto se comienza el proceso de reclamación de manera certificada. También es posible certificar el estado de los productos en origen y su proceso de empaquetado por parte del vendedor, haciendo una grabación de video que finaliza subiéndose a los servidores. Adicionalmente y de manera complementaria se puede proceder a la certificación del acuerdo de compraventa alcanzado entre vendedor y comprador mediante la generación de un certificado del acuerdo.
