Abstract
Se proveen un dispositivo, sistema y métodos para monitorear remotamente equipo de bombeo. Un dispositivo de monitoreo es montado mecánicamente a una bomba. El dispositivo de monitoreo incluye sensores internos de vibración, temperatura y ubicación para monitorear periódicamente una bomba y cargar muestras de datos vía una conexión celular a una red de proveedores. El dispositivo de monitoreo incluye además conexiones a sensores externos que se pueden muestrear y cargar con las otras muestras de datos, cuando el dispositivo de monitoreo es conectado a una fuente de alimentación externa.
