Abstract
La presente divulgación se refiere a la codificación y decodificación de video y, en particular, a un método para la inter predicción de un bloque en un trama de una señal de video incluye: construir una lista de candidatos a información de movimiento basada en el historial, donde la lista es una lista ordenada que comprende N candidatos a información de movimiento basados en el historial Hk que contienen información de movimiento de N bloques anteriores al bloque, donde cada candidato a información de movimiento basado en el historial comprende elementos: uno o más vectores de movimiento (MVs), uno o más índices de imagen de referencia correspondientes a los MVs, y un índice de filtro de interpolación; añadiendo uno o más candidatos de información de movimiento basados en el historial de la lista de candidatos de información de movimiento basados en el historial en una lista de candidatos de información de movimiento para el bloque; y derivando información de movimiento para el bloque basada en la lista de candidatos de información de movimiento. Así, la herencia del índice de filtro de interpolación de medio píxel puede lograrse cuando se utiliza la lista de candidatos de información de movimiento basada en el historial, con lo que se selecciona un filtro de interpolación adecuado en lugar del predeterminado, lo que a su vez mejora la calidad de la señal de predicción y la eficacia de la codificación.
