Abstract

Un sistema de gestión de prevención y seguridad utiliza un sensor de imágenes no intrusivo (por ejemplo, cámaras de vigilancia, cámaras de teléfonos inteligentes) y un sistema de visión por computadora para grabar videos de trabajadores que no usan sensores. Los videos se analizan usando un algoritmo de aprendizaje de máquina profundo para detectar actividades cinemáticas (conjunto de posiciones y ángulos de articulaciones corporales predeterminadas) de los trabajadores y reconocer diversas actividades físicas (caminar/postura, levantar, empujar, tirar, alcanzar, forzar, repetición, duración etc.). Las variables cinemáticas medidas se analizan luego en métricas relevantes para la ergonomía del lugar de trabajo, tal como el número de repeticiones, distancia total recorrida, rango de movimiento y la proporción de tiempo en diferentes categorías de postura. La información recopilada por este sistema se alimenta a través de un sistema de evaluación ergonómica y se utiliza para ingresar datos automáticamente en las herramientas de evaluación de la exposición y crear evaluaciones de riesgo.
